Deliveries

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. The estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days and may vary depending on the destination, the time of year and the courier.

Where available, we will send the tracking number to the email address provided in the order. The applicable delivery charges will be shown during the checkout process.

Returns and order issues

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, include photographs and your order number.
