Returns policy

We want to make your shopping experience as straightforward as possible. If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible at tonipacustomer@gmail.com, attaching photographs and your order number so that we can assist you.

Returns policy

The product must be returned unused and, where possible, in its original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged after delivery may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once a return has been approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method after the product has been inspected. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
